What is KALENDS?
KALENDS is a comprehensive database of future financial events,
designed to enable you to anticipate the financial markets.
It is possible
to search for events by geography, company name, RICS, stock
indices,
time frames and key words.
What future events are in the KALENDS
database?
KALENDS covers the following G7 indices: S&P 500, FTSE
100,
CAC 40, MIB 30, DAX 30, TSE 300, Nikkei 225. The events are
categorised
at a top level into company events, economic events, economic
indicators, market holidays, politics, tradeshows & conferences.
By the end of 2002
we aim to expand our coverage to the FTSE All World Index.
How can I use / access the product?
KALENDS is available as part of Reuters Investor ASP, enabling
you to access future events data with related quotes, news,
charts and other content. As with Reuters Investor KALENDS
uses industry standard
HTML and XML minimising implementation time and development
cost.
Can I have a trial?

The Reuters Investor service offers news, quotes, charts,
fundamentals, search functionality, portfolio tracking, alerting
and analysis on financial markets worldwide for integration
into your portal.
How much does KALENDS cost?
$2,500 per month per URL + $30 CPM.

Our Programmers Guide is provided with the product, enabling
you to
develop an interface to suit the type of future event queries
your users
want to make.
